Blonde Beef Alliance - June or July 2010. An inaugural workshop will be held with a few invited parties including Blonde beef producers, feedlotters, beef processors and beef retailers with the aim of providing a Blonde beef pathway which will ensure quality Blonde cross beef will be produced all year round.

The aim of this workshop is to lift the profile of the economical advantages of Blonde cross beef and to ensure all parties involved with the Blonde Beef Alliance will receive additional financial rewards. Blonde bull users will thus also receive financial rewarded for producing quality Blonde cross calves and have a guaranteed market  for their product with a set contract price.
